Well, her mother's eyebrows weren't red either (Except in the third movie). Her eyebrows her also black, just not as thick as hers. I almost made her eyebrows red to go with her hair, but since Ariel's weren't I decided not to.

^ Hm. Hadn't noticed. Perhaps black eyebrows were needed in Ariel's case since they were so thin to start out?

The thickness of Melody's eyebrows just to me makes their color seem to contrast with her hair color even more than it already does.

Yeah, the makes sense. I even used a little lighter shade of Ariel's red lips for Melody because little girls with such bold red lips end up looking like clowns.
