For sure!

Eh. Both Tiana's and Elsa's personalities kinda bother me. I guess I just don't like people who are critical of others, nor those who want isolation.

She doesn't run away from her problems, that's a plus

By far! She is hard-working, ambitious, self-sufficient, and independent. She, realistically, could take care of other's problems, without any magical power. Yet, most of all, she needed her friends to understand the most important thing in life and wanted to change herself to become a better person.

While the other needed her sister to be dead first to change her coward 'running away from problems' intention. Elsa may seemingly the independent, powerful female role model now, but it's all because of her magical powers. Imagine if she doesn't have them, with a personality and dilemma of such, she will not live long enough. She is very dependent to her magic. A good role model for girls in real life who doesn't have one, eh?

We didn't really get to know Elsa all that much.
