	dancing_dear picked Yeah I thought I was going to be part of the plot!: Since her mother gave it to her I assumed it would be really important and she would need to get it back or something. posted over a year ago.

	Digoenes picked Yeah I thought I was going to be part of the plot!: It seemed like it was building up to something, particularly since the pendant has 3 bears on it but it turn out it was just a necklace. You could argue that the necklace is largely symbolic and that by giving it away Merida is giving away the relationship she has with her mother. posted over a year ago.
