I did not watch Frozen and I don't think I can, so I'd love knowing about it!

I think you should do whatever you want, it is your poll! But it isn't like knowing about the animation quality will spoil the movie for anyone, so I don't see a problem.

Even for the people who have seen it, they wouldn't judge properly as Frozen's fairly new and animation is hard to analyze.

I think that CGI should probably not be apart of it since it is a COMPLETELY different field than classic hand animation

The other reason is because tbh most people didn't watch Frozen in good quality, so judging the animation would hard. Or people only watched it once without thinking of the animation...
