Yes, I do like it

Lol sorry, I hate that movie.

You are definitely not crazy (it is rude to say so if a person likes a film that you find unlikable), but you are the first one I have heard saying that they like it.

I know other people who do but I particularly don't. I'll be honest the main reason is because of John Rolfe getting with Pocahontas. I don't care if it's historically accurate, Pocahontas is as historically accurate as pizza originating in Chinese culture. However it has several other problems. Like the fact that Ratcliff has the idiot king in the palm of his hands when in the first movie it's stated that he was never a popular man. So why is the pompous king his puppet? John Smith is a minor character, the animation (while nice) is pretty standard, the villain is still lame, the king is a complete idiot, that stupid Shakespeare joke, the inaccuracy of bear bating, and John Rolfe isn't an interesting character. It's bad but it's not the worst sequel ever made, it's not even in the top 10. It could have been good if they had fixed these issues and never tried to fix Pocahontas up with Rolfe.

I love it! In my honest opinion, it's one of the best DP sequels. If you ignore the fact she goes with Rolfe instead of Smith, it's decent, entertaining movie. The movie has decent animation, a beautiful song, and a good enough story. Obviously it has a lot of flaws, but compared to most of the DP sequels (I'm looking at you TLM 3 and Cinderella 2), it goes above and beyond. Not to mention Pocahontas is very in character, and the love story was actually better thought out than the original! (Poca and Rolfe spent way more time together than her and Smith after all|)

I like it. I don't think it's all that bad. I enjoyed it as a kid and still do now.
