A review of the latest Disney film...
WARNING: if you haven't seen Frozen - Uma Aventura Congelante and don't want to be spoiled you should probably wait until you see the movie to read the review. And this is all just my opinion, I'm not trying to force my opinions on anyone.

I will be rating this movie with an no geral, global scoring system of /10 points, there will be five aspects of Frozen - Uma Aventura Congelante I will be looking at, and each will be rated a score from 1 to 20. I will be looking at the marketing, the plot, the characters, the character's relationships and the soundtrack. So, with all that said, I hope you enjoy my bad composição literária and terrible sense of humour!

1. The Advertising, Marketing and Commercials of Frozen

I decided to start this off with the marketing of Frozen, although I don't have that much to say about it. One thing I found strange about how they marketed this was that they released Frozen - Uma Aventura Congelante memorabilia a while before the actual movie came out. Anna and Elsa dolls, picture books and other trinkets were available long before they should've been in my opinion. Another thing to note is that the advertisements and trailers, the early ones...

Wedding Night as Humans

Tiana stood in her walk in closet, something that she never dreamed about having. She tried telling her newly wedded husband that she didn’t need it. But Naveen told her that his first act as her human boyfriend and soon to be husband was he wanted her to have one even if she only had two dresses.

“Honey? Are you ready?” Naveen said as he knocked on the door,

“Not yet!”

“Well, what’s taking you so long?”

“I can’t find something to wear?!”

“Wear? Well if you ask me it’s our wedding, we just got marriage you know the good book says that man and woman can do something together at this time of life…so I was thinking of that nice, soft coco, colored—”

“NAVEEN!!!!” She yelled with a laugh as she came out in a roupão de banho and gown.

I decided to make a new article. I rarely make artigos on this site unless I am updating my favorito or prettiest princess list. Anyways, I chose my favorito outfit of each princess, including sequels. I hope you enjoy!

Snow White
Blue Dress with Cape

There are not too many choices to choose from for Snow White. But for me, the choice was undeniably easy. The blue dress with the cape is just the perfect thing for her. The blue dress looks unfinished without the cape, and I cannot overlook the clogs she wears in her peasant dress. *shudders* With the cape, her look is complete. The deep blue matches well with her skin tone, and the silhouette works perfectly. Even though I am not a fã of puffy sleeves, hers are just right.

Cinderella
Wedding Dress

I have expressed many times the gorgeousness of this dress. Ahh, just yus♥ It is my favorito outfit of all disney history. They kind of ruined the magic of this dress in cinderela III: A Twist in Time. They made the sleeves look mais awkward, instead of sleek and elegant like in the first movie. I love...

Former Rankings.
Two things first:

A. I know everyone has different opinions on each princesses and where they should be listed. This is my list and you don't have to agree but I hope you enjoy and learn mais about me.

B. I amor all the princesses but someone has to come in last .Something you should know is when it comes to disney and non-Disney movies, characters, ect. I am very optimistic, very rarely critical to find fault, and I take into account all filmes (sequels, tv shows, clips, ect.) and books. I think it adds to form a mais well rounded idea of the characters. I am also realistic and do know and recognize their faults. Often that makes me likes them more.

(Some descriptions will seem familiar because some parts were taken from the older article.)

My favorito Princess List (Updated)

11. Pocahontas (Formerly Ranked: 9)
Why she got 11th place:
I amor her free spirit and connection to nature. I think that she would be a good future leader of her people. When the situation demands mais from her she does not shy away but shows what she is made of. She strong and passionate. I admire her...

Welcome! This is yet another artigo in defense of the classic Princesses - otherwise known as Snow White, cinderela and Aurora. I've always wanted to write something like this but never really had the inspiration for it until I read Silverrose1991's fantastic article. I find myself constantly defending the classic three in pesquisas on here, but I've never actually made an artigo on it... until now. I hope you like my artigo and apologies if it comes across somewhat preachy or as if I'm attempting to force people to agree with me as this is not my intention.

Note: This is not a bashing of the newer Princesses, since I amor Princesses from each era, merely just a defense of the classics.

Firstly, don't get me wrong - I'm not under any illusions that they're perfect characters and should be loved por everyone; I understand that they have flaws (some may be mentioned in this article) and I can understand why they might not be to some people's tastes, especially since they're not as relatable as many of the later Princesses and Heroines. But regardless they still deserve just as much praise, recognition and admiration as...

Anna and Elsa are both the two new disney Official Princesses. They are both beautiful, caring girls.

Anna is funny, feisty and adventurous. She is very playful. Elsa on the other hand is very elegant, mature, and reserved. She seems to be very intelligent as well.
Anna finds a amor interest in Kristoff. Elsa does not find a amor interest. Before finding out he was evil, thought Hans would be Elsa's amor interest.
If I had to pick between the two, I would defintently pick Elsa. She shows that not all princesses have to have a boyfriend or husband and I amor her personality as well. Unlike previus princesses such as Rapunzel, Ariel who are always energetic, Elsa is mais elegant and quiet. She is a role model to me and she broke the princess sterotype. She is very beautiful. I amor Anna's feistiness but Elsa is unforgettable.

Elsa as a kid, before she had to hide her powers
There are going to be spoilers, of course, so I wouldn't read this if you haven't watched the movie yet! Anyway, I've written an artigo like this for Aurora, Snow, and Tiana, and thought it was only right to write one for my new segundo favorito princess, Elsa. I plan on making these for all of the princesses at some point, since I do amor them all, but I was just really excited to write about Elsa ASAP. So without further ado, let's get started!

Going into Frozen, I had a feeling I was going to amor Elsa. She's different from anything we've ever gotten before, and gives us a fresh point of view that I've never seen in the animated world. Elsa is very different from the past modern princesses. I agree with rhythmicmagic when we were starting to see a trend of "superhero" princesses, or princesses that seemed to be able to do anything. With Rapunzel we saw vulnerability, and doubt, but even she seemed to be a bit perfect. Although I amor Anna and Rapunzel, the trend was starting to become apparent and worn-out, but then Elsa came about.

Here's my review of Frozen - Uma Aventura Congelante which I saw last Friday online so of course the quality of the movie wasn't amazing, but it didn't stop me from watching it. This is actually my first review so comments are appreciated. And don't worry those of you of you who haven't seen the movie yet, this review won't contain any spoilers

Story - 10/10

I had high hopes for the story to be good and it was really good. The Snow queen was one of my favorito fairytales when I was a child and this movie was a great twist on the classic fairytale. The story is not very complex, but also not too obvious. Like many other great filmes it has plot holes, but it's not big ones. no geral, global a perfect story

Animation - 10/10

The animation is perfection for coming from a computer animated movie specifically from a computer animated movie made por Walt disney Animation Studios, while their earlier 3D animated filmes also had good animation it's not at all in the same level as the animation in Frozen, the special effects are beautifully done and the backgrounds are just amazing. Not to mention it captivates the beauty of Norway....

I amor the movie, it was Amazing, Musical, Funny so well animated the graphics where so well detail, their expressions, like if you where watching real people, mind blowing.
When it comes to the story, i just didn't like the fact that their parents die, same thing with The Princess And The Frog when Tiana's father die.
I felt so sad for Anna and Elsa but mostly Anna, her parents had die and she didn't had no one to talk to in that moment, she had no clue why Elsa was keeping her distance from her. With her parents gone and her only family left rejecting her, she must had felt destroyed.
I amor the fact that they show Anna and Elsa aging through the years and that we got to see Kristoff as a child. The trolls were very interesting and funny, amor when they add a lot of magical creatures and how unique they're . At first it felt like i was watching a musical because it was a little beet of story telling then a song and latter on's when we get see the adventure and mais funny parts instead of a song after a few character interactions ,not that i didn't like the songs or the way they did it i amor it. I think i know what some people say they felt that the movie was...

No, this is not another artigo in defense of the Classic Princesses (though the subject may be brought to atention and you may be annoyed). This a follow-up to my review of Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs. I decided that besides reviewing each disney Princess movie, I'll also review the protagonist (a.k.a the princess herself). So, before I mover into reviewing (and watching, not in that order) Cinderella, I'm doing this artigo reviewing Snow White, the character herself.

Diferent from what happens with my reviews of the movies, I won't give her a score for each section. I'll just, well, take a deep look into her personality.

So, let it begins.

Origins

As you all know, the Disney's Snow White (and the movie) is based of the fairytale character. In the story, told por the Brothers Grimm, Snow White is a seven years-old little princess who lives in a castelo with her stepmother and the strangely absent-in-the-story King, her father.

Yes, yes, Elsa is technically a queen, yadda yadda. Well, one, she was a princess in the movie, and second, if Mulan, who is not a princess in any way, can be called one, I am calling Elsa a princess too.

I'll do a proper Frozen - Uma Aventura Congelante review soon when I can (although plenty of you beat me to it- I was only able to see it Tuesday and am just now início with the Internet accessible), but for now, I want to just talk about my two favorito things about the movie (well, besides all that snow): Elsa and Anna. I'd amor to do this the way RhythmicMagic does, with positive/negative/border/neutral traits, but I don't want to rip off her unique analyzing style.

As I've mentioned here before, I heard someone on another site point out how smart it was of disney to make TWO princesses in one movie. But not just two: one is a typical modern Renaissance-like princess, who is very different from her sister, who in fact acts like a Classic-era princess, to my completely happiness. So you see, fãs of classic princesses get a character for them, and fãs of modern princesses get one for them as well. Someone I spoke to about this pointed out that this indeed was a good idea,...

Overdone? Maybe. Needed? Strongly so.

So, maybe some of you don't know, but I'm strongly annoyed when users criticize the Clasic Princesses for reasons I think are invalid. These reasons are:

1. Weakness
2. Anti-Feminists
3. Passiveness
4. They're Mary-Sues (have no flaws)

In this article, I'll explain why these arguments are invalid. Now, I'll warn you, you'll probably disagree (or agree, depending of what is your view in the classics) a lot with this article. If you don't respect opinions that are different of yours, I recommend leaving this page and not leitura this article.

Before I mover on the reasons mentioned, I must leave a pergunta hanging in the air. Why we insist in dividing the princesses acording to the era their movie was made?

The answer? I don't have one. Personally, I think each era has princesses with different personalities from each other. For an example, I find Ariel from the Renaissance and Rapunzel from the Modern Era to be similar to Snow White from the Classical. Belle and Tiana, too, I find similar to cinderela and Aurora (only Belle in...

Princess Lineup (as of Dec. 2013)
Hello, and welcome to my segundo article! I am ApplesauceDoctr, and today I shall discuss the redesigns of the disney Princesses made earlier this year. There have been some major changes, including new hairstyles, new dresses, and of course, a ton of sparkles. How do their new designs stack up to their original DP designs? Let's find out!

I won't be evaluating these por how accurate the redesigns look to the actual character to the movie; this will evaluate how the redesign looks in comparison to the anterior DP design. If that doesn't make sense, let's just begin and you'll get the hang of it. ;D

Merida won't be included in this countdown because although she lacks much resemblance to her original character, she is a new addition and we have yet to see her DP character redesigned.

10. Cinderella
Cinderella's redesign was probably the most altered of all the princesses. Her hairstyle has changed - instead of that strange updo she had originally, it looks like a mais realistic bun and she has one loose strand of hair. Her dress has gone from a pale blue/light blue to a very BRIGHT shade of blue. It is accompanied por embroidery...

So, I just finished watching Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs, because I plan in rewatching all disney Princess filmes in order. I'll also write a review for each after I watch it - except Frozen, maybe, since I already did, but I may write a comparision about what changed in my opinions.

I'll also try giving each part (plot, music, etc.) a score, but I warn you I can't be too harsh.

Without further ado, ladies and gentlemen, the fairest one of all: Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs

The Plot:

I see almost no problems with the plot. in addition to being concise, it's charming and captures the viewer's attention. It's just like a fairytale coming alive in the screen. Of course, I said "I see almost no problems with the plot".

There are filler scenes. But they aren't bad. I thought I would be bored and annoyed when the dwarfs enter the house, but it kept my attention in the screen - it's very funny. I also like the washing scene, except the thing with Dopey swallowing the soap - but gladly that was short. But the fact I like then...

one of Disney's most realistic leading ladies
So yeah, there's gonna be spoilers, so if you haven't watched it I recommend leaving now. BYE! Anyway, in this review I'll go over the characters, soundtrack, animation, and story line. This review is probably gonna be really positive since I absolutely loved the movie, but I'll try and keep a level head and give some of the bad points in this review as well. So lets get started!

The Characters

Let's start off with the most important thing to me, the characters. A movie's plot can be terrible, but if I'm with a great character during that time, I can endure it, and Frozen's characters definitely don't disappoint.
Anna: I can definitely see the similarities between Anna and Rapunzel; both have big highs, and low lows (more so with Rapunzel), and both are crazy (more so with Anna) Although I feel that Anna is a pretty original character. She's very organic, and is probably one of the most human characters disney has ever produced; she has quirks, like for example always sliding around the castelo in her socks, and she is awkward and lovable. At times annoying, she can be too much, but I amor her spunk and attitude.

All of the princesses have amazing hair. But who has the best hair? It's hard to decide, but here is my list.

13.) Snow White
Sorry Snow but your hair is not very amazing. I like that its curly but its too short. It doesn't look awesome blowing in the wind because its so short. If it were longer you would be higher on the list.

12.) Tiana
I don't really like Tiana's hair. Its messy and always in a bun or ponytail. I do like her curls but I wish she would let her hair down, both literally and figuratively. Her hair is not very exciting.

11.) Cinderella
Her hair has no body or bounce to it. Its sort of flat and is no geral, global not that amazing. Maybe if her hair was longer and less oddly shaped it would look better.

10.) Mulan
I like Mulan's hair. Its long, black and looks so silky and smooth. It frames her face nicely when its long. When she cuts it it loses its magic. It then becomes to short and squarish.

As you all know, the link to watch Frozen - Uma Aventura Congelante online was posted in the club's mural por dclairmont (who got this link through Safira-09), allowing me and much mais others to watch the movie (thanks god, because if it wasn't for that link I would be probably the last person in this club to watch it). Now, after I have watched the movie, I'm going to review it.

*SPOILERS SPOILERS SPOILERS SPOILERS SPOILERS SPOILERS SPOILERS SPOILERS SPOILERS*

Don't say you weren't warned.

The Plot

The film didn't start very well. There were boring opening credits with people cantar only one word. Really, I'm the only one reminded of "The Lion King" por it? Now, after it was the equally boring opening sequence, with some men doing something with ice and cantar ("Frozen Heart").

Then we're transported to the Palace of Arendelle, Elsa's room. Now, things start to become interesting. Yes, from now on, it's an amazing, touching movie. That's all I'm going to say here, because, really, you watched the movie.

Eventually I will make a list ranking all the princesses, but for now, here are my 3 absolute favorites, what makes them different and why I amor them so much!

Jasmine
Obviously jasmim stands out from all the other princesses for her unique and sassy personality, but this is just one of many reasons I like her. She has no interest in the rich princes that attempt to court her, she knows who she is and she doesn't need a man to complete her. She looks past the fact that aladdin is a poor misfit (with bad hygiene, let’s be honest) and loves him for who he is, much like Belle learns to amor the beast. jasmim also strikes me as the smartest of the princesses. She quickly figures out who “Prince Ali” really is, and when captured por Jafar, she is charming and resourceful when she attempts to help Aladdin. Of all the princesses, I believe jasmim has the strongest sense of self – she seems to be very confident and know exactly who she is, and while I may not exactly be able to relate to this, it is definitely something I respect and admire.

You won't see anything like this here.
Welcome to another Silverrose1991's favoritos countdown. Today we will be reviewing Cinderella's outfits. Silverrose1991 would like to remind you that all characters mentioned in this artigo are owned por disney and all outfits in this countdown can be found in Walt Disney's Cinderella.

Let's get started.

6. Light blue nightgown

This outfit is cute and lady-like, but old-fashioned. I'm pretty sure Lady Tremaine just gave cinderela the worst nightgown in the house to wear, so it musn't be very comfortable, either. I like the neckline with the bow and the color isn't all that bad, but dull.

5. Ripped pink-and-white dress

These. are. rags. They're not supposed to be cute, or charming or even feminine. So why are they ranking above the nightgown? The thing is - cinderela can look good in everything. She can pull this outfit out. And I like the shoes.

13) Merida- Before you all roll your eyes, I have to admit that when I saw the first commercial for Valente I was so excited and forced my boyfriend to take me to it the dia after it came out. I amor her hair and how generally courageous she was. First of all, I really disliked Brave. Its story held a number of plotholes, and Merida was quite a selfish character, to me. She whines for the majority of her film, and acts like an unrelatable goofball for the other half. Who would risk their mother's life just to "change their fate". This wasn't like Ariel, who made a gamble on her own life and Merida didn't even know what the outcome would be. And why doesn't she sing!! I'm very disappointed in her character, but on a good note, I really amor her hair :).

12) Snow White- Snow White, the first disney Princess. Being the first, she worked out some of the kinks when making way for the other disney Princesses. One reason I don't like her is because I really don't relate to her, because her target audience was a generation that I don't belong to. People complain a lot about her cantar voice, and it's strange to me too, but her voice was actually popular for the the time period...

EDIT: Since I watched Frozen - Uma Aventura Congelante thanks to the amazing dclairmont and the equally amazing Safira-09, I decided to include Elsa and Anna in this list.

Hello, hello. Welcome to my first countdown. Today, my pupils, we're going to read "Silverrose1991's Prettiest Princess". Before we start, silverrose1991 wants to remind you that all characters mentioned in this artigo are owned por Disney.

Let's get started.

13. Rapunzel

Rapunzel is cute. Not beautiful, but plain and pretty in a childlike way. Her seventy-feet long golden hair is her best feature, but the freckles in her face are a very nice touch too. I don't mind her big eyes, but her teeth are weird. Overall, she is nice-looking, but not as some of the other princesses.

12. Mulan

mulan is not particulary famous or admired for her beauty, although it's here. It hurts me to rank her this low, because she is beautiful, but the others are more. I like her eyes and hair and she looks stunning in her matchmaker esemble. Her lips, however, are kind of plain when not wearing lipstick.

I have been on here for a while but this is my first article. I am a big fã of disney , especially the princesses.I enjoyed all the new princess filmes and was happy ever since Princess and the Frog. However Princess and the Frog, Tangled, and Valente I sat there enjoying it but thinking this is nothing compared to the filmes of my childhood and would never topo, início my favourites Aladdin, The Little Mermaid, and Beauty and the Beast. I thought maybe it was because I am not a child any mais and I am not growing up with these new movies. However when I saw Frozen - Uma Aventura Congelante I automatically fell in amor with the movie in the first couple minutos of the film. I think what I liked so much was it wasn't trying to be a classic. There is never going to be another Renaissance they way it was or the old fashion films of the days when Walt alongside creating the magic. I feel Princess and the Frog and especially Tangled. I remember sitting through enrolados being like this is so cute but half of these moments I feel i have already seen before. Valente was different formula but it was pixar and although I appreciated the single woman with true amor not driving the story and the mother daughter issue. To me Pixar...

Frozen - Uma Aventura Congelante Movie Review!
Hi everyone! I stumbled upon the disney Princess page while I was leitura movie reviews for Frozen. I absolutely amor disney and enjoyed leitura the artigos posted por other members, and I wanted to write my opinion on how Frozen - Uma Aventura Congelante compares to the other disney Princess films, its faults, and where it succeeds.

I broke the review up into 3 sections: Music, Story & Characters.

Music
Unfortunately, like Princess and the Frog, I believe Frozen - Uma Aventura Congelante only really had one stand out song (“Let it Go”), the rest weren’t particularly enjoyable or memorable. “In Summer” and “Fixer Upper” were like “Under the Sea” or “Be Our Guest” in the way that they didn’t do much to advance the plot. The difference is that the latter songs stand the test of time, while the Frozen - Uma Aventura Congelante songs just seemed like filler. I found “First time in forever” a lyrically weak song (“The window is open, so is that door!”) where she is just narrating pointless things (although it was humorous latter on)., “Love is an open door” (the song between the amor interests) doesn’t compare with songs...
