The seguinte day, plans for Merida's Get Well Soon feast began to go underway. Mulan, Pocahontas, and Nakoma did the comida picking, Shang and John did the heavy lifting, and Ping, Mace, and the other kids did card making. Chief Powhatan made sure Merida didn't get the tiniest bit suspicious. "Why are you here?" Merida asked trying not to sound rude. "I thought you would like to see someone different." Chief Powhatan answered. "You ARE someone different." Merida joked. Chief Powhatan laughed. A nurse suddenly came in.

"I hate to interrupt, but Merida's got a letter." she said. "Must be from me parents." Merida said to herself. When she looked at the envelope, she was astounded to find out who it was from. "I can't read this!" she said with a million knots in her stomach. "Calm yourself child. I'm sure it's nothing bad." Chief Powhatan soothed. Merida took a deep breath. "Okay." she said as she opened the letter.

The letter said:
"Dear Merida, I'm so glad you forgive me! Back then was a terrible time for me, and I'm glad you understand that now. I finally have my fears conquered and the control of my powers at bay. I understand you don't want to be friends...

An Article Made By Silverrose1991.
The reason why I am publishing this artigo is because the formatting would not work when Silverrose tried to post it. So I have been asked to publicar this artigo for him.

Snow White is mostly regarded as a surface-deep character, but to me she is one of the most layered princesses. With that in mind, I felt compelled to write my analysis on her.

I'll divide this analysis in three topics, or three Snow Whites: the Spirited Young Lady, the Team Mother and the Damsel. These layers blend into each other, so at times it was hard to decide where to classify a trait, which is good, after all we're talking about one character here, not three. You'll also find many conflicting traits, which is extremely realistic, imo.

The Spirited Young Lady

Spirited young lady Snow White is ready for everything. She's extremely optimistic, confident and resilient. When things go wrong, she straightens up and sings a song before taking action on her own hands.

cinderela is my segundo favorito disney Princess, behind Snow White, here I'll be explaining why. Keep in mind that this is my opinion, and we may disagree, so respect my opinion and I'll respect yours.

I amor cinderela for multiple reasons. For one, I amor how kind and patient she is. She's had a lot of bad experiences in her life, and yet she can still remain kind and patient despite that. I really admire that quality in her. I admire a lot of qualities in her, a lot of which I don't have myself. It makes me respect her mais as a character, and it helps me strive to be mais like her. She is personally a huge role model of mine. I think it's a good balance in her character however, how she isn't all JUST kind and patient. She can have a bit of a sassy side to her as well. Maybe not as much as somebody.. *cough*Jasmine*cough* but I like how it's mais just a part of her personality mais than her personality as a whole.

Authors note: As some of you may know, I have recently rejoined fanpop after a long absence. Before I left, I wrote the first two parts of this story. You do not have to read them to understand the rest of the story but it might help :). I was a bit unsure whether to continue composição literária so if you could all tell me what you think I would be very grateful.

Merida - Chapter 6

With nothing mais than a simple glance, Merida could tell the pale blond girl was from somewhere else. While most people were wearing simple black cloths with no torcs or necklaces, the stranger wore an elegant green vestido decorated por a thousand emeralds. Her hair was positioned in an elaborate up-do. She had gold all over her wrists. She easily stood out from the mournful inhabitants of pardo, dun Broch.

The dia began as hectic for Pocahontas. She had a teething Mace who was NOT happy at all, she had dishes that needed to be washed, she had the whole inside of the cottage to clean, and she had further arranged plans to visit Merida. Pocahontas just wanted to go "Shove it!" and just escape from it all. (A/N: That expression is inspired por an old country song! XD) But, she knew she couldn't do that. Especially now since she was a mother. Yet, like all new mothers, she didn't know what to do to make Mace feel better. She took a deep breath.

"Pocahontas, what's wrong?" John asked entering the cottage. "JOHN!" Pocahontas shouted running up to him. "It's everything! Everything's wrong! Mace's teething has put him in a foul mood, the cottage is dirty, the dishes are dirty, and-". "Slow down! You're getting yourself in quite a rush." John cut her off. "The world's on topo, início of me!" she shouted again, sounding like she was about to cry that time. "Just calm down Pocahontas. You're just having a rough start to the day." John comforted. Pocahontas just leaned into his hug ever so tenderly. "I'm sorry John. I've been trying to take care of Mace and..." she paused.

Yay, I'm remaking this list for the 4th time! ^-^ I know you're all sick of this por now, but I think I've got my list in order now, so I won't have to remake this artigo every few weeks.

13. Mulan.
If none of you have seen my list recently, yes, I now have mulan as my least favorite. And even though I made a whole artigo on this, I'll explain again. I really dislike mulan because first, she's a bland character. There's not that much too her, honestly. por the beginning, she's an average person, pretty much. She's lazy, unmotivated, makes a lot of mistakes and such. So then she makes this so called, "selfless action" which she did partly for herself anyways. =_= And then comes the "I'll Make a Man Out of You" sequence, and she gets a fast development. She's considered the best, better than Shang, better than everybody. So she suddenly turns from this really flawed character into a Mary-Sue. The development is just so rushed! Her development is shown in a little mais than 3 minuto Sequence. She gets some motivation and suddenly... Mary-Sue! I honestly want to count her as two separate characters because of how much...

"Mulan, what is this all about?" Shang asked as the gang entered the hallway. "Indeed, because you're starting to worry me." John replied. "I have an idea. Why don't we throw Merida a Get Well Soon feast after she gets out of here?" mulan answered. The guys thought for a minute. Pocahontas, on the other hand, was skeptical. "I don't know. Don't get me wrong, it's a good idea, but she may be required to continue resting." she said. "Well, yeah, but we could still pull it off." mulan replied. "I guess that makes sense." Pocahontas stated.

"Mulan, I amor the idea of throwing Merida this feast, but because you're expecting again, I don't want you doing any heavy lifting." John cautioned. "Who are you and what have you done with John Smith? That's something Shang would say." mulan joked. "He took the words right out of my mouth." Shang replied casually. "You know your friends way too well John." Pocahontas blushed. "What can I say? I'm like an open book." John said coyly. Shang couldn't help but giggle. *How are we actually going to plan this?* mulan asked herself.

We can't seem to get enough of these three, who have recently become the most popular disney Princesses!! So, why not bring them back in their own film? When a family crisis breaks out the two blonde cousins (which is revealed, as well as the fact that all blondes in the family have powers, thus Anna does not as she is a brunette) must head into action, leaving Anna behind to feel left out. However, as expected, they underestimated the situation and send a distress call. Anna does not believe she will be of any use, but checks it out anyway to see if she could get help for them elsewhere. But what she doesn't know is that she has a different power, one of amor and determination. She must get them out without magic (or cliches!). It is not an easy task, and audiences will be on the edge of their seat!

John felt like he got himself in the middle of a fiasco. He didn't know what to do or think. He tried to let everyone be for as long as he could. He also tried to get the whole thing off his mind por spending time with Mace. And it worked. Mace was John's stress-release when it came to things like that. "I don't know what I'd do without you." John yawned as he rocked him. It wasn't long before he fell fast asleep with the tot.

Afew hours later, John awoke without Mace in his arms. "Where's Mace?" he asked trying not to panic. He looked around, only to see the tot in his berço sleeping. "Pocahontas must've put you there." he said to himself as he smiled. The avid explorer got up from the rocking chair and stretched. He still needed to get the afternoon's events off his mind, so he went outside for some air. Only to find himself also going to visit Merida.

"Hi." he greeted. "John! What are you doin' here?" Merida replied a tad bit confused. "I needed to get everything off my mind." John answered. He sat down. "Now, tell me about this "vision"." he insisted. Merida took a deep breath. "Kockum showed me the real side of The Queen." Merida told. "He showed me...

After thinking much about this I decided to put up my own personal favoritos of the House of Mouse. :) After all we're all big fãs of Disney, and each of us have our own favorito filmes of this company, so I wanted to see if any of you guys had similar lists or the like. :)

Keep in mind that my favoritos are due to the fact that they are MY favorites, I liked them based on how much I enjoy it, and generally don't care about the public reception and critics. :)

So, without much further ado, here it is...

10- Princess and the Frog:
This movie is horribly underrated, it's sad that so many people are quick to say what a failure it is. I like it a lot. It's funny, it's charming, it's a new disney film that still carries the good ol' disney nostalgia of the past. Tiana's my favorito princess, the villain's awesome and in general it's a film that puts me in a very good mood. The animation is gorgeous and I happen to like the música (for once, it actually fits the setting of the movie!).

It took afew days for Merida to fully recover. The night she got to the hospital, she was exhausted. All she wanted to do was sleep. The seguinte dia was also a bit tiring for her as she slept alot that day. In fact, Mulan, Shang, Pocahontas, and John were advised not to visit! But, the seguinte couple days were better for Merida. She ate and chatted with the nurses. "Do you want your parents to know?" one nurse asked about the infection. "No, I don't want them to worry." Merida answered. The last thing Merida would want is to have her parents rush over to Jamestown worried sick and take her home!

One day, the rest of the gang visited her. They talked for hours on end until Merida felt the urge to talk about The queen of Arendelle. "I know this is gonna sound odd, but I need to forgive her." she said. "You must not be thinking clearly." John objected. "No. I talked Pocahontas' fiance. He showed me the truth." Merida replied. "I don't like where this is going." Shang said. Pocahontas felt her coração skip at least 2 beats.

I was re-thinking the Princesses, and I thought it'd be a good idea for me to talk a bit about them, my general feelings and thoughts concerning each of them, which ones I'm neutral, ones I like and ones I don't care about.

Soo...Let's start!

1- Snow White- Never liked her, but never disliked her either. She was always just kinda there for me. I do like her sunny and kind disposition, how she always expects the best of people (that's a rare thing to see nowadays in this jaded world we live in), and she does have a few funny moments in the film (when she imitates Grumpy and she inquires the dwarves at jantar time).

2-Cinderella- I didn't like her when I was little, for some reason. Maybe because I went through my "ugh girliness is so dumb lol" phase, that has thankfully mellowed out. Now I do appreciate her character much more, I admire her courage of remaining hopeful and optimistic in such harsh situations (i would've broken up much, much earlier) and I like her aleatório witty remarks she shows off every now and then.

Why don't they sell princess dresses like these? I'd buy the heck out of these!
Since it's Veteran's Day, I thought I'd use some rare time off to write an article. The only artigo idea I could think of that wouldn't take all dia to research and explore would be a list of princess "peasant" dresses rated in order from the ones I like least to the one I'm seriously considering commissioning my Ren Faire friends to sew for me.

Most people seem to amor the princesses' fancy, sparkly, poofy ballgowns, or their iconic princess dresses. I personally was never a fan. I'm a real stickler for comfort and practicality. Ballgowns tend to be made with a material I find uncomfortable (Ah! Silk and satin! Too slippery!), tend to be pretty heavy thanks to all the fabric, pinch or constrict in certain places while being too loose in others, and generally just hard to mover in. Makes sense, they're decorative dresses meant to be seen in and not do things in (apart from maybe ballroom dancing), but that's not for me. Not to mention I often panic about getting them stained or dirty since washing is difficult at best, non-existent at worst. (Peasant dress got dirty? No problem! Into the wash!) Plus, I get cold really easily and like something that's warm and...

Merida was still holding on for dear life. She was still unconscious, her blood pressure was still dangerously low, and her temperature continued rising. The only good thing was her breathing returned to normal. Everyone was glad to hear that. As for the wound, Kekata did everything in his power to clean it. He put water and a healing medicine on it.

Suddenly, something strange happened to Merida. She was sucked into this mysterious land. "Where am I?" she asked as her voice echoed. "It's your sub-conscience." an unfamiliar voice said. Merida turned to see who it was then screamed. "Don't be afraid. I'm apart of you." Kockum reassured. "You're Pocahontas' fiance! I thought you were dead!" Merida freaked.

Kockum laughed. "I may be gone, but my soul is still with my people." he said. Just as Merida was beginning to understand, she had one pergunta to ask. "What the beef am I doin' here?" she asked. (A/N: Sorry about the Rocket Power reference. :P) "You need to see the truth behind The Ice Queen." Kockum answered. "OH NO! There's NO WAY I'm listening to YOU on this!" Merida rejected. "She's not as bad as you think she is." Kockum stated.

Hi, All. I've tried to avoid composição literária artigos for a long while, mostly because I'm busier, and secondly, because it takes forever to explain the "why" behind statements.
Today, because I am bored I'm going to stick with trying to examine my impressions of each of the DP movies, and their princesses, (with a sidebar about the princes). This is the first artigo in a series of 13 articles. (Disclaimer: These are just my opinions, mind you, and not completely shared por everyone. My life experiences have colored my perspectives on each princess, so the take-away message is that my opinions are my opinions. Please urso in mind that you did not have the exact same experiences that I did). We are all unique individuals. Everyone here is entitled to what they think. I am entitled to the impressions I have, and to what I think about each movie. Please respect my thoughts. I respect that your opinions will differ considerably from mine. That is a given. Here goes nothing... :) )

Merida's condition gradually worsened. The cut on her leg was badly festered, she was still unconscious, her breathing was rapidly slowing down, and she spiked a fever. Mulan, Shang, Pocahontas, and John were waiting anxiously outside Kekata's tent. It wasn't long before Chief Powhatan joined them. "How is the girl?" he asked. "Not so good father." Pocahontas answered sadly. "In times like this, we must be strong for her." Powhatan replied. mulan had tears welling up in her eyes.

"Excuse me for a moment." she said. She went to Powhatan's teepee and began to cry. She couldn't stand the devastation that was occurring. Chief Powhatan entered the teepee. "I know how you are feeling, my child." he said. mulan wiped her tears as she turned towards his direction. "We must be strong for Rebel." Powhatan stated. "Rebel?" mulan questioned. Powhatan smiled. Rebel was Powhatan's nickname for Merida.

"Rebel has been a loyal friend to you and my daughter. And right now, she needs us. This is the time we come together and give each other strength." Powhatan said wisely. "It's breaking my heart! I just hate seeing her like that!" mulan replied as she began to cry again....

As the sun settled down into the sky, Ariel watched as steam poured out of the crock-pot the cook was using. It made a popping noise once in awhile from all the boiling it was doing, which made her jump. She was curious, and wanted to ask what made it do that. But, she couldn't. Not after she gave her voice away. She touched her throat a bit, until someone pulled on her back. She turned her head to see the maid, short and plump, grumpy faced.
"You should be getting ready! Dinner's only in less than thirty minutes."
Ariel had a strong urge to fight back and tell her she couldn't boss her around like that, but all she could do was nod and sigh.
The maid took her to a room, which had many artigos of "human clothing" in it. She was sat down, as the maid walked around, choosing out different dresses and showing them to Ariel. She was so used to the boring as cores presented on them. Blue, like the sea, green, like the seaweed, red, like Sebastian.
Ariel frowned, knowing that Sebastian would surely tell her dad. And she missed her dad, and her sisters.

After lunch, mulan had a tingly feeling inside her as she summoned up the courage to Shang the news. She took a deep breath. "Shang, can I talk to you for a sec?" she asked. They went into their guest bedroom. "What is it, Mulan?" Shang asked. "How do I tell you?" mulan asked. "Tell me what? You know you can tell me anything." Shang said. "I'm pregnant again." mulan confessed.

Shang had the biggest smile mulan had ever seen in her life. "Mulan, that's great!" Shang replied as he picked her up and twirled her around. "I don't know Shang. What if I don't amor this one as much as Ping?" mulan speculated. "Mulan, hear me out. You will amor this one just as much as Ping. Don't you DARE doubt yourself." Shang ruled. mulan smiled a little smile. "I always liked the idea of giving him a little brother or sister." she confessed. Shang kissed her passionately.

"Do you mind if I tell John?" he asked. "You may as well." mulan answered. Shang went outside and told John the news. John was thrilled. "I guess the secret's out." Pocahontas said. mulan giggled. A loud bump was heard on the door. Pocahontas and mulan rushed to the sight. "Merida, are you okay?" Pocahontas...

Merida searched and searched. Knowing Shang and John were cold and hungry worried her. *What if they're dead?* was a pergunta that went through her mind. That worried her the most. Nearing the sight Shang and John once were, the young princess silently gasped in pain as she felt a painfully tingling sensation go through her leg. She had no time to worry about a simple wound now. She had to find her friends and FAST.

Suddenly, there was a flame in the air. A real visible flame. Merida rushed over to it, only to find Shang and John alive and safe. "MERIDA!" they both screamed. They hurried over to Merida's sight. "What the hell are you doing out here?!?" Shang freaked. "I got worried. I feared somethin' bad happened to you. And so, I went to look for you." Merida fessed up. John just simply smiled. "That's very kind of you." he thanked.

Shang had a change of heart. "Merida, I know you worry about us, but we know what to do in situations like this." he reassured. "There was something inside me tellin' me you and John were hurt." Merida replied. "I've gotta give it to her, Shang. She hasn't been here in a while. A nerve probably kicked in." John stated. "How...

1) During the song, "I See The Light," the lantern Rapunzel lifts up into the sky is actually the lantern her mother and father sent out. Also, they used 45,000 lanterns in the scene of the movie!

2) enrolados is the longest disney animated film since Fantasia.

3) Animators say Rapunzel's hair is approximately 70 feet long, and holds about 100,00 strands,

4) Mother Gothel's dress is from the Renaissance period, during the 1780's. enrolados takes place afterwards, thus showing how old Mother Gothel really is.

5) To come up with Flynn Rider's design, male animators asked female animators what made a man good looking, physically and emotionally. They even used fotografias of male celebrities for help. (Johnny Depp, Hugh Jackman, Brad Pitt, David Beckham, Gene Kelly, etc).

6) Even though they're still in the movie, a lot of scenes were taken and redone.

Nightfall had come, but Shang and John still weren't back yet. "I'm getting worried." mulan said. "John sometimes likes to explore the different scenes at night. He probably took Shang with him." Pocahontas reassured. mulan thought for a minute. "You're right, Pocahontas. I'm sure if it becomes too late for them to come back, they'll set up camp and come back in the morning." she stated. Merida, however, got really nervous. *What if something happened to them?* she asked herself. Pocahontas stared at her as if she were a book.

"Merida, I know those boys. I'm sure nothing happened to them." she reassured. "You know the land." Merida replied starting to calm down. There was also a load of nervousness lifting off Mulan's shoulders. Ever since she silently revealed her pregnancy, she was able to relax. She still thought about how she was going to tell Shang, but this time, she could do it without tension. "I AM getting kinda hungry." she said to herself. "Me too! I'm starving!" Merida replied. Pocahontas must be a mind-reader because she got the comida ready when mulan and Merida said those things! They soon sat down to eat.

I have seen every disney princess movie known to exist (the sequels are an exception), and during all my time of watching I noticed a couple patterns.
For instance, a princess`s hair color most often tells what kind of person they are:

Brown- the artistic type, who often gets lost in books and has a number of hobbies.
·Belle
·Repunzel

Blonde- with Elsa and Repunzel as the only exceptions, these princesses are an ícone of beauty and nothing else. Their only goal in life is to marry Prince charming and are the reason mais feminist icons, like Merida from Valente need to be created.
·Cinderella
·Aurora

Dark brown/black- with Snow White as the only exception, these are powerful, rebellious women with intent on protecting not only their true amor but mais their family. They would even sacrifice their amor for the protection of their family. They are hard workers and would stop at nothing to finish what they started.
·Pocahontas

In order to forget about everything, Merida decided to play with the babies. They sure didn't mind her company because they LOVED her! She tickled Mace's feet and he laughed. She chased Ping around the room and he laughed. It wasn't long before she was por Mace to play with his toys. Although, Ping tried to bring alittle competition por bringing over HIS toys. "Let's not fight now. I'll play with both of yer toys!" Merida handled calmly yet sweetly. Pocahontas smiled as she looked inside Mace's room.

She walked into the cozinha pequena, quitinete, kitchenette where she saw mulan sadly puzzled. "Is everything alright?" she asked. "I wish it was." mulan answered. "Did another relative die?" Pocahontas asked. "Oh no! It's not that. Don't worry about..." mulan paused. "Whatever it is you can tell me." Pocahontas said. "How do I tell Shang?" mulan asked. Pocahontas thought for a second. A sudden smile spread across her face. "When did you find out?!?" she asked excitedly.

"Afew weeks ago." mulan answered. "Why haven't you told Shang yet?!? This is SO exciting!" Pocahontas exploded. "I don't know. I guess with everything he's been through, he needed some space." mulan answered. She then...
