July's fã of the mês is...firegirl1515! Congratulations! So now I'll be asking her a few perguntas about the disney Princesses!

Questions:

1. Who is your favorito princess and why?

Ariel has really always been my favorite. When I was younger it was for mais superficial things, like how pretty she was and how great her voice and hair were. Plus, I was absolutely IN amor with The Little Mermaid 2 as a kid, and she’s sort of a MERMAID. But now there are thousands of reasons besides those three for me to amor her. Her endless bubbly personality is one- she’s just so fun and wild! I also admire her for her endless, unwavering determination. Plus, I can relate to her (I think she’s really designed so that most teenage girls can). We even share the same hobbies- daydreaming, collecting aleatório cool stuff, and singing.

2. What is your favorito princess movie and why?

Well, I’ve been planning on rewatching my topo, início three favoritos so I can update my list, but right now it’s The Little Mermaid. It’s got the perfect mix of romance, action, and comedy! Also, the música is to die for- I have to give props to Alan Menken for doing so well on his first score! One of the other things that makes The Little Mermaid so awesome IMO is that it has a great variety of characters. Not only does it have my favorito princess, it has who may very well be my favorito prince, and a bunch of great sidekicks like Scuttle, Sebastian and Flounder. What mais could you want?

3. What are your five favorito songs from the princess movies?

1) Part of Your World (first part & reprise)- What can I say? I just amor it SO much! I’ve had the lyrics memorized since a little after I learned to read.

2) as cores of the Wind- One of Disney’s best songs ever IMO.

3) Almost There- This song is amazing! It always gets stuck in my head.

4) A Dream is a Wish Your coração Makes- Cinderella’s cantar voice is so smooth and calming. Plus, I amor the lyrics!

5) I’ll Make a Man Out of You- C’mon, how can you NOT amor this song? It’s just EPIC. It’s epic wrapped in epic deep fried in epic and served with a side of win.

4. Which princess has the personality most similar to yours?

I’d have to say Mulan, but less brave. I’m clumsy and quirky and I don’t always fit in, but when I’m good at something, I’m really good. . I also go for the quick fix, like mulan did when she got out of her chores. And even though “honor” isn’t the most important thing to me, family is- I’d do anything to help them out.

5. What is your favorito residence from a princess movie??

That would definitely have to be Eric’s Palace. It’s décor and what we see of it’s rooms are just fabulous. It even has what I’d consider the world’s greatest bathroom and dining room. And you barely even have to walk to get to the beach! I’d also imagine it’s cool during the day, with the sea breeze and all. I also amor the architecture, and how the dock is pretty much built into the castle.

6. Who is your favorito sidekick??

For me, it’d have to be Mushu. I like a lot of the others, like Cinderella’s mice, Sebastian, Flounder, and Chip, but Mushu is just my kind of funny. I always lol when he first appears out of the mist in the most dramatic manner you can imagine, and the head ancestor completely pwns him. And it only gets better from there. He’s the world’s biggest fail of a guardian, but that just makes him all the mais fun to laugh at! Seriously, whoever thought up the idea of having Eddie Murphy play a comedic, dramatic lizard-sized dragon deserves a promotion, or at least a raise. Mushu turned into a pretty big jackass in the segundo Mulan, but they didn’t always get personalities right in that one, so eh.

7. Who is the most evil princess villain??

Definitely Maleficent. She was going to kill an innocent girl over not getting invited to a freaking party. How EVIL is that? Not only that, but she was going to do it in the worst way possible- she was going to let Aurora grow up to be loved and cared about before she killed her, hurting anyone who could’ve known her. Obviously the fairies’ plan disrupted that master scheme of not only killing Aurora but hurting everyone she knew, but her evil intentions were clear. Then there were all the lengths she went through just to make her prophecy come true- searching all over the kingdom, ambushing Phillip, modifying her plan so that he would be tortured and morally killed as well. And let’s not forget the little annoying things she did, like sending frosts to kill Flora’s flores every year. She must have a really evil mind to come up with all the stuff she did.

8. Who is your favorito character (apart from the princess) in each of the princess movies?:

Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs: Dopey

10. And finally, what is your favorito ending scene from a princess movie??

I just amor the ending scene from Pocahontas. The score is just amazing! I also liked how they managed to squeeze in one of Poca’s dramatic poses right at the end. Another great thing was how beautifully it was animated. When the leaves swirl around Pocahontas, past John and into the sails on the ship, it takes my breath away. I also like how unique it is since it ended with a painting unlike the traditional book or the acclaimed stained glass beginning and ending. I really find that aspect of it under appreciated- it’s beautiful in it’s own way.
