Merida had just come back from an archery match and went to her room. She plopped down on her bed, the fatigue slowly leaving her body. She thought about her friendship with Pocahontas and Mulan. *I wonder when I'll be able to see them.* she thought. Shang suddenly entered her mind. *I don't know why he hates me!* she quietly told herself. *John's right. It'll take some time for him to warm up to me.* she thought.
Maudi came into the room. "You got a letter from your friend." she said. "Thank you Maudi." Merida thanked as Maudi exited the room. Merida opened the letter. "From Pocahontas. Probably reminding me to write her and Mulan." she said. Merida hadn't really had time to write. She was just too busy these days.
The letter said:
"Dear Merida, I have something I need to tell you. I'm pregnant! I've already told Mulan. I know I should've told you both, but I didn't want to shock you. I know your wild and spirited traits and I didn't want to hurt you. I hope you'll understand. I can't wait to see you and Mulan.
Sincerely yours,
Pocahontas."
Merida dropped the letter in anger, got her sword out, and started violently attacking her cama post. The betrayal she felt was excruciating. She couldn't believe someone as sweet as Pocahontas would keep something like that a secret from her. "HURT ME?!? YOU KNOW YOU HURT ME!" Merida yelled. She kept attacking the cama post. Every swish she made was from her pure anger. "IN FACT, YOU DON'T EVEN DESERVE TO BE MY FRIEND!" she yelled as if she were yelling at Pocahontas.
"MERIDA! What do you think your doing, Lass?" queen Elanor scolded. Merida sat down feeling defeated. Elanor calmly walked to her. "Something is troubling you." she said softly. Merida wiped away a tear of anger. "I was just betrayed." she cracked. She handed her mother the letter. "Merida, why would you feel betrayed? You should feel excited!" The queen stated about Pocahontas' pregnancy. "I know, but I don't know why she kept it a secret from me and not Mulan!" Merida said on the verge of mais tears.
Elanor placed a loving hand on her daughter's shoulder. "Merida, you may not know it, but you're mais sensitive than you realize. Pocahontas never kept her baby a secret from you just to hurt you." she said. "She not only recognizes the wildness you have, but she also knows about your sensitive side." she continued. Merida wanted to scream, but at that moment, she knew she shouldn't have reacted so harshly. "I...Didn't know she wasn't tryin' to hurt me..." she said speechless. "The last thing that girl would do is betray you." Elanor replied. "What if I told her she hurt me anyway?" Merida asked. "She'd feel dreadful." Elanor answered.
Merida knew she had to get her priorities straight. She had to put her anger aside. She even caught herself smiling about Pocahontas expecting. The smile soon faded when she thought about Shang. "Mulan's husband already hates me." she said. "Merida, he doesn't hate you. He just needs some time to warm up to you." Elanor reassured. Merida wanted to tell her that she was wrong, but maybe she and John had a point.
"Maybe you and Pocahontas' husband are right. He might need mais time to warm up to me." Merida said. "Why don't we go downstairs to jantar and put all of this to rest?" Elanor suggested. She and Merida went downstairs and soon caught up with Maudi. "How is Pocahontas?" she asked. "She's fine. In fact, she's havin' a baby." Merida answered. "Oh! Just like Mulan!" Maudi beamed. Merida soon found herself all excited for Pocahontas as she put her negativity in the grave.

Anna and Elsa are both the two new disney Official Princesses. They are both beautiful, caring girls.
Anna is funny, feisty and adventurous. She is very playful. Elsa on the other hand is very elegant, mature, and reserved. She seems to be very intelligent as well.
Anna finds a amor interest in Kristoff. Elsa does not find a amor interest. Before finding out he was evil, thought Hans would be Elsa's amor interest.
If I had to pick between the two, I would defintently pick Elsa. She shows that not all princesses have to have a boyfriend or husband and I amor her personality as well. Unlike previus princesses such as Rapunzel, Ariel who are always energetic, Elsa is mais elegant and quiet. She is a role model to me and she broke the princess sterotype. She is very beautiful. I amor Anna's feistiness but Elsa is unforgettable.
