If Hans' villainy wasn't so badly done and unnecessary I'd pick him. Kristoff is still better though- he's a jerk but at least he's honest with Anna, isn't a criminal, doesn't drag her to dangerous places under the guise of helping her, and doesn't talk down to her (as much. I still think his attitude sometimes sucks).

Kristoff was contemplating letting Anna die alone in the woods, and at least Flynn apologized and sacrificed his life for Rapunzel, so he deserves to be given a second chance and forgiven for his past.
