I didn't have the good sense to watch this show when it aired, but have just finished the final episode thanks to Netflix!

I'm having BIG problem with the season 7 finale and all of season 8. The original premise is so dumb to me, it made season 8 unenjoyable. In reality NO ONE would have though Carlos would get in trouble for defending his own wife in his own home. They would have had no reason to cover this up. It really bummed me out because I thought the show was brilliant up to the crummy end.
