How do you become a fã of an item, its on your perfil page?

It's not being a fã of an item ,more like being a fã of a person!!
You go to their perfil and under all their listings you'll see a box and the topo, início left part say's Add a fã you click on that had your their fan!!! Like on face book being a friend!!!
