At the end of Demonolgy, Prentiss is in front of the church. Why does her nose bleed?

There may have been sarin or vx gas in the holy water that hit her, one effect of which is runny nose. There was talk of the Spanish priest dying of sarin or vx poisoning and Emily asks the Italian priest if he is poisoning his victims with sarin or vx. That's my guess.
