Is it okay to feed my cat cheese?

I fed him cheese the other day, is it bad for his belly?

Yes, better avoid milk-based products as much as possible. The only leite gatos can assimilate is that of their mother. The same goes for humans por the way...

I checked the link and it's really interesting. What is said about gatinhos goes also for humans. leite is to be avoided, bits of cheese are fine. Sometimes I put a bit of plain yogurt on my black cat's nose and he loved it !

Two of my gatos (for example) amor cheese and they eat it every day. They don't get sick, start caughing or something like that. For them, cheese is as good as fish.
