he looks like stinkie or stretch or fatso okay and he can be scary
and his eyecolor is white eyes with dark blue and black eyebrows and he doesn't have two white legs he has a good ghost tail now and he is so cute one and friendly ghost and he has an english accent.

his voice actor is Malachi Pearson a young 12 year old boy human.

I grew up with this movie and Casper and i loved this adorable ghost,not something which happened only in one part of the movie
yea,i know he's very cute as a boy
But everyone loved this ghost for who he is,like i did and i still do
