We are fully aware that Carlisle/Bella isn't a part of the canon in any way, nor do we treat it as such. We are also fully aware of who's paired with who in canon and everything that happens in the Twilight Saga. People ship non-canon pairings like Carlisle/Bella purely for FUN.
So you don't like the pairing. That's fine, everyone has different tastes. But there is nothing you can do about it, so you're just going to have to do what everyone else does about pairings they hate and ignore it. Simple as that.
