According to the link I made, all of you are in favor of changing the icon and banner! So you guys can start submitting your banners/icons here, and once we have a decent amount, I'll make a pick and then we'll choose.

The pick for the new banner will be up first so that we can pick a matching icon later, so start adding the banners first if possible!
