FIDM Museum in Downtown L.A. held their

24th Art of Motion Picture Costume Design exhibition and these original costumes from Nicholas Sparks big screen romance, The Longest Ride, were on display with a whole array of other fabulous costumes.

In the movie Scott Eastwood stars as a former champion bull rider hoping to make his comeback on the rodeo circuit, whilst 

Britt Robertson is the college art student he falls for. Driving home one night they come across a crashed car with an injured older man whose decades-long romance with his late beloved wife inspire the young couple.

These outfits were photographed on February 12, 2016 and Mary Claire Hannan, a graduate of the

Fashion Institute of Design & Merchandising, was the Costume Designer on the movie that spanned generations and had two intertwining love stories.

Nicholas Sparks 2013 novel of the same name the film took place in modern times and also flashed back to when the older man met his wife in the 1940s, with Jack Huston and Oona Chaplin playing the younger counterparts.
