yea, very awful. It was so sad!

I read this book as a young child and had forgotten about it till just now my wife and 2 year old son are watching it and now that i think about it I don't think children should be allowed to read or watch this movie. really really sad. Matter if fact she just died i'm gonna cry.

yeah the rope was suppose to be enchanted and the rope broke and she drowns. hope that helps ya out
