you should read harry potter and the deathly hallows.it has so many challenging words and is full of suspense filling senses!:):):)

It all depends on what the 13-year-old in particular like. I would highly recommend the Harry Potter series. They are easy to read with well-developed characters and a good plot.

Well, if you're a mature-ish 13-year-old, I'd say An Abundance of Katherines por John Green. If not, then I suggest The Princess Diaries, por Meg Cabot.

The Blue Bloods series por Melissa de la Cruz is like the best and The Mortal Instruments Series por Cassandra Clare are my favorito books ever. Both of these series are like fantasia though, so it depends if you like that kind of stuff.
