I'm always wondering where I can get something that Blair has worn (or a cheaper version)

So I thought I'd start a thread where people can share their discoveries of 'Blair-like Fashion'

FIRST QUESTION

anyone found something like Blair's huge red bow hair band she wears in Episode 7 - Victor/Victrola ???

I have a similar headband, with a red bow and stuff, but I got it before GG and I have no idea where my mom got it from... sorry...
