I remember visiting this website once...
It was called Blaine DeBeers - IZombie Wiki
Here's some stuff I remembered seeing:

Blaine DeBeers is an entitled rich kid who bites off more than he can chew in the drug business. He is the Evil Zombie and will be the main antagonist in Season 1 of iZombie.
He was a drug dealer. At the boat party in Pilot, he was the one who was giving the party-goers a new designer drug called utopium. While there he encounters Liv. He offers her the drug but she rejects him and throws her drink in his face. Later, after the outbreak during the Boat Massacre he is seen as a zombie. He is the one who scratches Liv, turning her.
In Pilot, he is first seen hitting on Liv and selling a drug Utopium at the boat party. He also turns into a zombie at the party and scratches Liv being responsible for her turning. And at the end he appears in Liv\'s dream as a full zombie preying on a human.
In Brother, Can You Spare A Brain?, Liv can\'t sleep, and keeps dreaming about Blaine. At work, she\'s been looking for him on the Internet. She\'s stressing out. Liv heads to the morgue, where the police sketch artist is there; he thinks Liv is looking for a potential boyfriend, not a zombie. She has a hard time describing Blaine, because she\'s using pretentious arty talk. Eventually she takes the pad from him and wants to draw herself, so he tosses it down and leaves. Ravi excitedly deduces that Liv has acquired a new skill and hands her a pencil. Liv finishes drawing up the sketch of Blaine, which Ravi is going to send to the boat massacre survivors to see if anyone remembers him. Back at work, she puts on her jacket and is met by Blaine, who says he\'s heard she was looking for him. He found a poster based on her sketch; he knows she\'s a zombie. She admits that until the vision, she thought that she was the only one. He tells her that he gets his brains by graverobbing. They compare notes about going into "full-on zombie mode," and the texture and taste of brain (both hate it). Ravi comes in and is excited to see Blaine, asking him for a urine sample. Blaine tells them that he has no idea how this happened to him, but that he was high the night of the zombie attack. Liv tells him that he\'s the one who turned her, and he says he doesn\'t remember it at all and apologizes for it. At the bar, Blaine meets up with a lonely but attractive middle-aged woman Jackie and asks to buy her a drink. The pair flirt and then head to her apartment to have sex. While she starts kissing him, his eyes start to turn more zombie-ish. Back at the morgue, Blaine tries to convince Liv that he\'s trying to be a better person; he convinces her that he\'s no longer dealing drugs and asks if she\'ll occasionally share brains. She says she\'ll bring him some later, and that he\'s going to go to an Internet cafe. He goes to wait for her but a pair of enforcers for the drug dealers he used to work for come out to look for him. Liv comes, sees them arguing and assumes that he\'s still dealing, so she leaves. After she does, the pair finally force him into the car, but he just tells them that their boss is an idiot and that when he\'s in charge he won\'t make the same mistakes -- then he kills them in spectacular fashion. Later, he heads to the apartment of the woman he slept with (Jackie) she\'s pale and her hair is turning white. She asks him what\'s happening. He tells her she\'s a zombie now, and that for $25,000 per month, he\'ll bring her the brains she needs to remain fully functional. He brings her some of the brain from the dealers.
In The Exterminator, After Ravi leaves for the night, Liv sits down to eat some of the hit and run victim\'s brain, and Blaine comes in. The two argue, Liv telling him that she doesn\'t trust him, and agree that it\'s every zombie for himself. Later, Major comes in with a young man by his side to the morgue. Another kid at the shelter where he works has vanished and the cops don\'t seem to care. They tell Clive the story, including that there\'s evidence he didn\'t plan on leaving, and say that there\'s a scary dude (Blaine) handing out Utopium where his friend usually skateboards. Later at the skate park, the boy from Major\'s shelter is still looking for his friend. He asks Blaine, who says he just saw his friend -- he\'s at a house party a few blocks away, and Blaine will walk him over.
In Liv And Let Clive, Blaine is in bed next to Jackie, the cougar he recently turned zombie. Answering his booty call doesn\'t make the brains he provides her any cheaper, and she\'s also spending a ton of time trying to avoid the pale, sunken-eyed look of the other zombies with some salon pampering. She has her people provide the same for Blaine, making him look a bit more alive. Blaine heads to a restaurant, where he has a couple of big muscleheads working for him. He gives them a list of deliveries and sends them away while he\'s being served a tray of brain food. While waiting to make a delivery, Blaine\'s meatheads are upset that their lives have been upset by becoming zombies. They want to go into business for themselves, taking away Blaine\'s monopoly in providing brains to other zombies. They plan to steal Blaine\'s delivery list for a list of clients. Back at the restaurant, Blaine welcomes the two meatheads back and then shoots them in the head after revealing he knows their secret. He goes into a freezer and pulls out another pair of frozen zombies, saying that he buys in bulk. Blaine calls Jackie, telling her that he\'s sending her "something special on the house" that will "make her feel like a teenager again." He and his new muscle are prepping the body of Jerome, the kid from Major\'s shelter.
Showing early stages of being a Psychopath, Blaine\'s sense of right and wrong has all but vanished. Not much is known about Blaine\'s human personality other than he was an entitled rich kid who sold drugs, was assumed to be a womanizer, and was a fan of wine. Cunning, sarcastic, and short tempered, Blaine is not one to argue with because, according to him, there are things worse than death when he is involved.
As a human has Blue eyes and Dark-Blonde hair. He is smart.
On turning into a Zombie, he\'s pale and his hair is turning white and he gets reddish circles around his eyes. He starts looking old.
He turns into a zombie at the same time Liv does but he tries to embrace his new dark side. He is selling a drug Utopium at the boat party.
He is responsible for Liv turning into a zombie at the boat massacre since he is the one who scratches her.
Memory Absorption: When he consumes a new brain, he absorbs memories of the deceased. They appear as visions and are usually quite violent.
Trait and Skill Absorption: When he consumes the brain of a person he absorbs some of their traits and skills.
Pseudo-Immortality: Being trapped in a paradox between life and death, he does not belong to both and thereby unfettered with the limitations of either (i.e. fatality).
Hunger for Brains: Since he is a zombie, he must feed on brains to keep his humanity and survive at least once a month.
Adrenaline-Triggered Powers: His zombie powers are adrenaline-triggered, which means he doesn’t have the ability to turn them on and off. So they occasionally appear at the most inopportune moments.
