Why Big Time Rush was nominated for favorito TV Show and not VicTORIous and Good Luck Charlie in KCA's?

Congratulations BTR for nominated to 2 awards, but still thinking why the other freshmen shows VicTORIous and Good Luck Charlie failed to make it to the nominations despite both of the shows at most of the times are higher ratings than BTR? Is it the synergy strategy of the creator of the show or is it the very high premiere numbers that makes BTR make it to the cut.
