It would make it very hard to obtain true happiness, because at a point in time, you would stop even bothering to care about other people, with the burden of knowing when they will die. You wouldn't want to. I deeply sympathize for Beyond Birthday. I think that how he got these eyes is obvious. When he was conceived, one of his parents had a Death Note and had made the Shinigami eye deal. posted over a year ago.
