In the big city of Tokyo, there lived two girls who were both sisters. Their names were Machiko and Subaki. Machiko was the oldest, at which she is fifteen. Subaki meanwhile was the youngest at age thirteen.
They both lived in a small apartment complex because they didn’t have much yen to spend on anything big. Though it was difficult, they were both very happy as they had each other to go through the troubles that surrounded them.
About a week ago, they bought a German Shepard which they named “Kazuma” due to his loyalty towards them and the fact he was very protective. If either of the sisters felt blue they also had the dog to lean upon. However, there was something about it that they didn’t know- it was the fact that the dog was actually a human being who could not only behave like a canine, but also turns into many different creatures. He also had the mind of a human too which was all kept confidential from the two sisters.
Every morning, Machiko and Subaki would always ride their bikes down to school together. It was an enjoyable moment for them as they enjoy riding pass the Cheery Blossom trees as the tiny petals slowly fell to the ground. Subaki’s school was the first place they stopped. They agreed to meet out por the Sakura trees after school so that they would ride back início together. Machiko would then go to her school.
This is the same routine that the two girls do dia after day. The mais they did it, the mais enjoying it became. It especially gave them an opportunity to talk and share secrets and gossip to each other. When they arrive at the apartments, Kazuma always waits por the door, waiting to greet them. He always pounces on Subaki due to her small size and always licks her face. They usually spend the evening watching TV and movies, playing video games and chatting online with their friends.
A week later, something suddenly changed. Machiko’s behavior started to turn a tad. She would eat less, drink less and would talk with a hoarse tone. Subaki and Kazuma watched as the girl slowly changed. There was nothing they could do at the moment but lift her spirits and cheer her on.
When Tuesday arrived, Machiko was the only one who was all ready to go to school. She told Subaki that she had to arrive at the school early due to a meeting. Despite her emotions, her sister understood. Subaki bent down and patted Kazuma’s head gently while saying how worried she was over Machiko and hoping she got better.
As the dia passed on, Subaki was working on her studies during lunch hour. It wasn’t until five minutos later when the principal came into the classroom and asked Subaki to come with him. When they found a good place to talk privately, the principal began to explain what happened.
He told her that her sister was in big trouble after a terrible accident. Poor Subaki became overly concerned and asked the principal what really happened. He refused to discuss any of it with her and told her to go Machiko’s school and pick her up. Without hesitation, she quickly dashed outside, got on her bike and made her way to the school which wasn’t too far from where her school was.
Subaki quickly ran to the school. She made it to the principal’s office while catching her breath. She stepped inside slowly while asking where her sister was. Machiko ended up staying in the room the whole time. After having a brief talk with her principal, the two sisters left. As they were getting on their bikes, Subaki tried asking Machiko if things were alright. Her sister turned her head to her and gave a little smile which meant she was fine.
Later that evening, Subaki and Kazuma were on the sofá watching TV. It then that they heard strange sounds coming from the bathroom across the tiny hallway. They carefully walked across the hallway and gently opened the door without making any sounds. What they saw scared them.
Machiko was standing in front of the toilet, vomiting. This was no ordinary vomiting as it sounded serious. After a segundo of peeping, Subaki decided to go in and help out. She tried to calm her sister while also calming herself as well. Getting some medicine out from the cabinet, Subaki took her into the bedroom and gently got her into bed. When everything was settled, Kazuma came in and gave little barks. This meant he was trying to show something. Getting Subaki’s attention, they both went into the bathroom and were horrified por what they saw.
The inside of the toilet was colored red. Subaki believed that this was blood. Her eyes stared directly at the red-colored toilet water with horror. She wondered what exactly could’ve caused this. Even Kazuma was filled with confusion as he would look up to see Subaki’s expression and would eventually return to looking at the toilet. Deciding not to put pressure on herself, she called it quits and went to bed.
Throughout the night, Subaki tossed and turned. It was like she was having a nightmare. In fact, she was.
In her nightmare, her sister was in the kitchen. Thinking she was cooking, Subaki asked if it was alright to help out. There was no response. She looked a little confused and asked again with no response. After asking the third time, she suddenly heard giggling. The sounds started off quietly but build up afterwards until it got louder. Trembling with fear, Subaki asked was wrong.
Then, slowly but surly, Machiko turned around. Most of her face and upper body was covered with blood. She was holding a large faca which was covered with blood. A menacing grin formed on her face while chanting evil words. Subaki fell on the floor while tears formed in her eyes. She kept crying her sister’s name as loud as she could until she realized it was just a nightmare. Kazuma entered, jumped on her cama and licked her face. She then hugged him very tightly while crying.
The seguinte morning arrived. Subaki had just gotten dressed for school. Before she left, she went to check on her sister who was still fast asleep. She stood near the cama while watching her sister sleep peacefully. She prayed that things would get better eventually. While making her way out, she patted Kazuma and told him to be a good guard dog and to keep an eye on Machiko. Getting on her bike, she quickly made her way to school.
School was going along greatly. Despite the fun, Subaki couldn’t help but worry over her sister. Her friends would always tell her to stop worrying so much. They also told her that she has to stop looking after her all the time because it felt as if she was taking so much of her life away. Subaki however disagreed. Just then, she remembered something she forgot to do.
During lunch hour, Subaki made it outside, got on her bike and rode to her sister’s school. Because Machiko would be absent today, Subaki had to run por and pick up the latest assignments so that she wouldn’t get behind. She went through all of the classes and gathered the assignments. After arriving the last classroom, she quickly ran to the exit as fast she could. Along the way, she had to go to the bathroom and stopped por the restroom that was near the exist.
After washing her hands, she noticed a pair of sneakers that were seen in one of the stalls. She wondered if the person needed help or was fast asleep. After knocking on the door several times and getting no response, she decided to take a peek below. When she got on her knees and looked underneath the stall, she did notice the sneakers as well as blue jeans. As she slowly looked up, a glance of horror came in her face.
There was in fact a girl who was hung por the neck with a rope. Not wanting to stick around, Subaki quickly dashed out of the bathroom. When she got to the hall, she began to wonder if she should denunciar the incident to the principal or just leave without telling. Deciding that telling was the right motive she turned to the left and ran to the principal’s office. When she opened the door, she gasped with horror por what she saw.
The principal was lying close por her escrivaninha, mesa as a pool of blood formed seguinte to her. She was murdered. Subaki couldn’t stand it anymore and screamed as loudly as she could. Several of the teachers who were nearby quickly rushed to the room and were also filled with horror. While some handled the body of the principal, the others tried to help Subaki. The police eventually arrived and the entire school was closed down so that the investigation would take place.
After what happened in the school, Subaki was too afraid to leave the apartment. All she wanted to do was stay in her room with the lights on all dia and all night. She would also hide herself underneath the covers while trembling in fear. Tears would form in her eyes and they dropped and stained her bed. She always kept her door closed as she didn’t want any visitors. The only one who was in the living room was Kazuma who could only howl with sadness. Life never was the same for everyone.
Several days afterwards, Subaki started to relax. She got over her fears and would come out of her room mais often. One night, she and Kazuma was busy watching a movie when she decided to go check on Machiko. When she entered her room, she realized that Machiko’s cama was completely empty. This became awkward for Subaki as she wondered what became of her sister. She explored the whole apartment hoping that she was simply hiding somewhere but to no luck. She then decided to call 911 and ask them for help.
After calling the emergency officials, she decided to pitch in on the search. Kazuma tagged along as well. They made their way through the dark streets and decided to start their procurar at the local park. It was a long trip, but was worth it as Subaki had a feeling that her sister would be at there. Kazuma, while not a mind reader, understood her confidence and went along.
When they got to the park, they decided to stick together so they wouldn’t get lost. They searched through the area that was near the pond but had no luck. They explored through the small playground but also found nothing. It wasn’t until they reached the nearby forest that Kazuma began to track something. He quickly dashed to the forest while Subaki parked her bike and quickly caught up with him. As they were searching, Subaki suddenly saw something that sent chills to her spine.
Hanging on a árvore branch, was the body of a dog. She gave a scream which sent Kazuma on alert mode. He quickly came to her and saw the dead dog hanging from the branch. Things started to turn for the worse as most of the forest was filled with dead bodies. Bodies of children, adults, teens, pets, animals, etc, there were so many bodies that it became a living nightmare. Having enough, Subaki decided it was time to leave. As she and Kazuma left the forest, they noticed a tall, dark figure standing a distance.
Subaki and Kazuma were trying to make out what the stranger was. It wasn’t until the stranger slowly approached them that they knew who it was. Gasping with horror, Subaki was speechless. It was her older sister, Machiko. She was covered in blood. Her nightgown was ripped up to her legs. On her left hand, she was carrying a machadinha, machado which was also covered in blood. It turned out that she was responsible for the murder of both her school principal and the girl from the bathroom. Falling on her knees, Subaki cried. Kazuma was growling very loudly while standing in front of her. The hair on his shoulders and back were standing up ever so high.
With a little snicker, Machiko drew her machadinha, machado to the dog. She then gave a loud yell while dashing, machadinha, machado high in the air. Kazuma then charged at her. Using the speed, the dog was able to avoid the blade from the hatchet. He quickly turned around and looked at her with a serious glare. Machiko also turned while clinching the machadinha, machado on her hand. She was serious about killing the dog. Soon, the cries coming from Subaki could hear from a few miles away. Deciding to switch targets, she quickly turned around and dashed to her young sister. Kazuma wasn’t going to let that happen and quickly followed behind Machiko. Just after she raised the hatchet, a blood-curdling scream was heard.
Opening her eyes slowly, Subaki was horrified por what she saw. Kazuma bit Machiko on the back of the neck. His teeth were deep beneath her skin. The expression on Machiko’s face was filled with pain and shock. She fell to the ground as a pool of blood started to form. Kazuma licked the blood off his mouth as he didn’t like the taste. Subaki’s eyes were filled with tears as she bent down seguinte to her sister’s body and cried. Kazuma meanwhile stood not very far.
A mês went on and it seemed like things returned to normal. The only thing that became different was that Subaki was now all on her own. Though of course she had Kazuma por her side. After arriving at school, she was greeted por a girl who was around her age. She had short blonde hair which was formed into tiny pig-tails. She introduced herself as Maiko in which Subaki stated her name. They got around to becoming best friends.
