Absolutely Not!! IDK from where you get this idea but both are very very different.
Demon slayer is the animê that revolves around demon hunters & they use breathing techniques in their fighting stances to kill demons.
The factors that made this animê very famous are the Animation which is on a seguinte level & the tragic story telling behind all the villains. Though, I personally felt the plot could have been better but anyways it is a watching worthy animê so I suggest that if you have not watched it yet then please do. I'm sure you'll enjoy it!
