How do you cadastrar-se a fanpop club?

How do I cadastrar-se this animê club? There is no button saying cadastrar-se club, cadastrar-se this,etc. When you find the club and browse it does it get added to your joined clubes on your profile? Because I have visited the club and nothing appears on my profile. Can you cadastrar-se only one club or can you cadastrar-se as many as you want?

You have to actually cadastrar-se the club to see it on your profile.

You can cadastrar-se as many clubes as you want.
