I think that amor Machine would win this Death Battle. Although Diabromon is both elusive and destructive which would give him advantage to dodge his enemy's attacks and attack from long distance, amor Machine has mais combat skills and every time he defeats an enemy he absorbs him to gain mais power. Plus Diaboromon only acts on destructive impulses so he can be reckless, amor Machine can adapt to his surroundings to win.
