Name an animê vampire. And if possible, another animê character that looks(or acts) similar to them.

I say Staz, from Blood Lad. He's similar to Amaimon from Blue Exorcist in my opinion. Their facial features are similar, and both amor animê and manga.

Acts like... Kyo and "Black" Hatsuharu from Fruits Basket. Subaru and Kyo both grew up unwanted and vent their anger on others.

Agreed, it is dark. Not a feel good series at all, but I think they nailed vampires. In a twisted way, I think that's why I like it so far.
