animê Pergunta

Any ideas for a high school animê club?

My friend and I are starting an animê club in our high school. We don't want it to be just sit, watch anime, discuss, etc.. We're probably not going to just keep to anime. We're open to any suggestions.

All we ever did at my college animê club was sit around and watch anime. If it weren't for that, I would have never watched any anime. But nowadays, I suppose it's real easy to watch animê without a club, so it's probably not a bad idea to do something else too. You could try some role playing, like Big Eyes Small Mouth type stuff (not that I would know anything about that).

Other than animê you could try showing vocaloids or Studio Ghilbi movies. If there's an animê convention near your town you could make plans to go to it or something. I suppose when people cadastrar-se on like the first dia you could ask them all what they want to do in the club to.

I was part of an animê Club when I was in high school. Unfortunately, budgets caused the club to be cut. Here's some of the things we did.

-Of course, watch and discuss animê :)

-Created a magazine that consisted of Anime, Manga, and video game reviews, fã art, a Japanese culture article, a mangá artist bio, a Japanese composição literária lesson, and sometimes a page of a member's own Manga.

-Our school hosted a place where kids could go after or during trick-or-treating. We dressed up and helped out por giving them something other than a "haunted room." The first year, our them was Oban, and we did a haunted mansion our segundo year.

-We cosplayed every ano during Open House, and we made origami cranes for people to sign. We had hoped to get 1000 and send them to Nagasaki.

-We did a bit of role playing as well, but it wasn't often.

-We had parties/ got together every Halloween, Christmas, Chinese New Year, and sometime before school ended. We also had celebrations for our advisor's birthday, and if there was someone that kept the club running.

-We learned some Japanese and some of Japan's culture.
