I wouldn't say "hated" I never hated any character but in terms of disliking because of their actions at first that Sakura from the animê Naruto..guess because I didn't give her much of chance before I made my judgement at first because she called Ino a javali most times but then there was just this one episode where they flashback to where they both were young and were friends and I just got a lot mais background on Sakura and I eventually started liking her!
Well I dont nesseciarly (however you spell it) Hate any animê characters. If i do i dont like them at all. Some of them ill think they are boring then ill like them. Like Alphonse Elric from Fullmetal Alchemist!
Of course he wouldn't.. He's God of the New World. xD I only hated him because I used to be an l supporter..then, I don't know what happened. I suddenly like l and Light the same...and then I started hating l instead.. My mind is all over.
I never hate any animê characters at all, but i didnt really like Kanda at the beginning of D. Gray-man, mainly because of his personality, but then i grew to like his personality after a while, and started liking him!
She hates her because Edward loves her and ends up with her, she's just a disrespectful RoyEd fan. Who said it's ok to change the characters into something they are not. She always hates something that is canon.
^loveanime26 There's nothing worth liking about her. She's a pointless character. Even my brother agrees. Actually, he said it before I did and it's true.
^Alchemistlover Lol. As my brother and me have discussed, Ed does not need winry to fix his automail. There are plenty of others, such as Pinako and the people from Rush Valley, who can fix his automail.
I didn't like Cornelia li Britannia from Code Geass at first. I thought she was too arrogant. Now that I have seen her development in the series, she makes it to my topo, início ten character list in Code Geass.
Shinji/Paul from Pokemon. I thought he was just a jerk, with nothing else too him. But as the series went on, I saw he was a good person and loved his Pokemon. He just wanted to be better then his brother and was jealous of him. He grew respect for Ash, and it made him strong and a better person. Wish I could have loved him longer, he really is a great character.
Also Sakura from Naruto, because I thought she was just going to be a b*tchy character like Misty from Pokemon. But like MCHopnPop said, seeing her flashbacks and mais of her character. I saw she was a very deep charactter, there was mais too her. Which I just love. She is strong and brave, a good heroine.
I used to hate the show One Piece when I was a child I had to watch it every weekend because my brother loved it and sadly the room I slept in was where the tv was so I was forced to watch it. The only character I sort of liked when I was little was Zoro. But after giving it another chance after about ten years of not seeing it, I actually liked it. I still don't like Nami though. :/
I am embarrassed to admit it now but mine would be Sesshomaru from InuYasha.
At the beginning of the series I thought he was a complete . . . not nice word. The way he treated his younger brother. The concept of hating him for things that he had no control over. Not being there for his brother when he needed him growing up.
That's how I felt at first. As the show progressed I received mais insight into why Sesshomaru was the way he was. Why he reacted to the things he did and so forth. Then to see the way he was with Rin. por the end, he's my segundo favorito character from the show.

me too, i also disliked Kikyo, but now she's my favorito
I used to not like Claude but then I thought he was OK and now I amor him! :D
And with Cure Melody. With her looks, I was expecting her to be an ultra dull character. But when I looked her up, I realized she was pretty much everything I like about a character. She's energetic, athletic, a tomboy, and LOVES sweets! :D :D
