Once you start watching an anime, keep watching it and don't start on another one until you're finished with the first one.

Yes i have that problem i start watching a animê and about up to the 14-23 episode i mover to the nexed animê some time i finish watching them but some time i don't.

What a coincidence: I have been dealing w/ this problem lately!
What I discovered is that watching shorter, less popular animes (like Chrno Crusade) is helpful, since it ends sooner, but is still really good and addicting. Or, you can force yourself to just watch one long addicting animê (like FMA) and just make a list of all the other animes you want to watch for later.
