HELP!!!!!!!HOW DO U POST A VIDEO

if u make the most help then i will give u 15-20 stars on 11\13\11 and ends 11\30\11 and aldo post a viedo of thansgiving (in america) or chistmas of an animê show :)and i no that that the pic is not animê but i luv it very much :)and ii never post pics like this
