Assuming you are unfamiliar with how to make a new club/Spot, and that you are trying to ask someone to make this animê Spot for you. Well I assure you there's no need. It's easy, all you need to do is go to the fanpop início page which is at the topo, início of any fanpop page, scroll down to the bottom to where it says Creat New Club, click that and there you go, do it up. You can add an ícone and banner at any time, you can even ask other players to suggest and upload imagens for you if you have none of your own to use. Copy and past them in Paint then upload the imagens where you need them:)
