What do you say when someone asks you what animê is?

I'm like one of the few people in my personal life that has ever heard of anime! When people ask me, I usually just say that animê are Japanese Cartoons. por then, my friends just look at me as if I'm weird. Does this ever happen to you?

That's what i say too but my friends are actually animê freaks like me so I'm okay with it and I'm actually ok with being called an animê freak because i amor animes <3

I'll have to try saying that! I amor it I do talk about animê with one of my few animê friends, and when someone else is in the conversation who doesn't know anime. They have the funniest face ever!

I'm like that too. I heard about animê from a friend of mine who goes to a school were, if you don't watch anime, you aren't welcome in the school. I should consider going there. I would feel mais at início there!
