She rejected Alex because she did not want to feel that kind of pain again and Denny was a safe bet. I picked george because he was the idiot who could not be a man and true friend to tell Izzie that he did loved Callie but he lusted after Izzie, causing her to think that there was something real with george but it was not real between them. what was real were lies and betrayal. One was lonely and lost and the other was a lustful, sorry version of a man. That kept izzie from realizing the truth about herself.. posted over a year ago.
