Line em up on a firing squad, or put them in a electric chair. Hate to sound harsh, but anyone who abuses animais for pleasure of any kind does not deserve to live. I'd shoot someone if I caught them doing something like this, I really would, wouldn't feel an ounce of guilt about it either. I would be doing the world a much needed favor.
