sore mouth/teeth?

i got my ex-rays during my annual 6 mês check up about 2 1/2 weeks ago. i got a few fillings (one on my lower left, upper left, and 3 on my upper right) within the last two weeks. whenever i eat my teeth hurt or feel sore on both sides. it doesn't hurt after or any other time only when i eat. my dentist didn't see anything wrong when i was there about a week ago. anyone know what i could do to help it or what to do?

Have you tried avoiding crunchy foods and hot/cold foods? Anything too cold will definitely cause pain, and anything too hot will do the same thing. Crunch foods might dislodge the fillings (or something like that, I'm not sure). You also might want to avoid things that'll rot your teeth, such as soda or tea. Anything with too much sugar is a no.
Be sure to keep your mouth clean por brushing daily.
That's all the help I think I can really offer.

i don't do soda or sugar stuff. and i've been trying to stay away from crunchy stuff. i've been eating things like noodles, macaroni, soups, mashed potatoes, jogo da velha, hash browns, things that are easier and softer to eat.

Try gargling with warm salt water if it could be soreness in your gums. Switching to a toothpaste like Sensodine for sensitive teeth might help too. I have very sensitive teeth and that helps mine.
