Does he like me or not?

It's a boy in my class that I really really like but I don't know if he likes me. He laughs at some of my jokes not all but I have to admit not all of my jokes are funny.I met him in 3rd grade and we are about to go to 6. He has been in my classes since 3rd. He always ask me if he needs something but mabey because he knows I will say yes. I think he knows I like him but I am not sure. I have not come out and told him. Should I? What should I do?
