You're already dating the guy from Arkansas, which means you like him/love him, whatever.
But you say the guy you work with likes YOU. Do this mean YOU like HIM, back, or just that he's told you he likes you and now you feel pressurised to do something about it?

To be honest i think things should stay the way they are. You're obviously happy with the guy you're dating so why hurt him just so you can try it on with this new guy? Just because he likes you doesn't make it your problem. He'll have to suck it up and continue with his life like you'll continue yours, and yes it will be difficult to work together for a little while, you will get embarrassed about seeing each other across the rua and not know what to say to each other, but don't you think you owe it to your boyfriend to stay as honest as possible to him?
You shouldn't have to choose. You should know who would be better for you.
