I need help pls, i'm so confused... this is what happened in school between my friend and the guy i like.

my friend: do you think the girl sitting behind you is pretty? (the girl is me)

him: *didn't even look at her and shrugs*

what do you think? I'm confused, pls help!

It could mean anything. Your friend asked a question, and the guy answered quickly with a shrug.
It could mean the guy was not interested with being asked the pergunta and answered in the simplest way possible. Perhaps he wasn't paying attention to the pergunta and, not wanting to look stupid, answered quickly with a simple shrug. It could even mean that the guy didn't want to state his real opinion about the pergunta and answered differently that he truly wanted to avoid hurting someone's feelings.

You shouldn't worry about something so trivial. It was just a question.
