dont know what im doing can some one guide me in the right direction please

so i like this guy who is way older than me and i think he likes me but not like that but every time i start thinking like that he does something to make me think he likes me like i like him because he does things around me that he doesnt do to other people.
like the other dia he winked at me and than some one saw it adn asked what the wink was for and he pretended like nothing happened
i think im going crazy am i right or do i just need a wake up call and a reality cheak
